Q: How does Mugo work?
A: All the navigation functions are located on the face of Mugo. Please download our instruction manual here.

Q: How do I turn Mugo on?
A: Press the center dial and the light will come on.

Q: How do I turn Mugo off?
A: Hold down the center dial for 3 seconds and the light will turn off.

Q: Is Mugo compatible with a MAC and PC?
A: YES, Mugo is comptable with MAC OSX and higher and Windows XP and VISTA.

Q: How do I transfer songs to Mugo?
A: Plug in Mugo to your USB port. Wait until you see Mugo on your desktop or control panel (for PC users). Simply drag and drop your songs.

Q: What is the order of songs that play?
A: The order of the songs that play depends on the first song that you drag into Mugo. If you drag and drop files individually to the root level, those songs will play in order of earliest to latests. If you create folders, they will play after the root directory songs. If there are multiple folders, it will play folders in order of when it was first created.

Q: Can I choose the songs that I want to listen to?
A: You will have to forward by clicking through the songs.

Q: I do not see Mugo on my desktop?
A: Unplug Mugo from your computer. Reboot your computer completely and then remount Mugo.

Q: I can't hear anything?
A: Click the top portion of the faceplate several times. Your volume might just be turned off. If you still don't hear anything, adjust the head set plug. Pull it out and push it back in and wiggle it. Depending on the headsets, the thickness of the plastic may be too wide for the opening.

Q: How do I pause?
A: Press on the center dial and your song will "pause". Click again to "unpause".

Q: How do I charge Mugo?
A: Plug Mugo into your USB port and it will automatically start charging itself.

Q: How do I know when Mugo is fully charged?
A: Mugo will be fully charged if you leave it plugged into the USB port for 3-4 hours.

Q: Why does the light continue to blink even when it is fully charged?
A: This is something we will change in our next series. For series one, the LED light will continue to blink to show that it is plugged into the USB port even though Mugo is completely charged.

Warranty Info

Q: How long is the warranty?
A: Mugo offers a 30 day warranty for your product. During the Warranty Period, if a Defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will repair the hardware defect at no charge and at our option, using new or refurbished replacement parts. This limited warranty covers the replacement of the hardware only. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Mugo's  property.
